Article 1: object
These general conditions of service provision (known as “T&Cs”) apply to the services offered by V.A'ngel Services - easing your day - commercial name of the micro-enterprise of Ms. Angélique Cavanagh - to companies and individuals .
Below:
- “The Service Provider” means the micro-enterprise;
- “The Client” means the person ordering a service;
These conditions of sale may be subject to modification at any time, in order to comply with any new regulations or in order to improve the use of the site. Therefore, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order by the buyer.
ARTICLE 2: Services
The services offered by the Service Provider to foreigners and/or expatriates returning to settle or already in France are as follows:
- Relocation to Pau
- Daily management
- Administrative assistance
- Secondary home management
- Guide in Pau
- Other virtual or personal assistance services on request
ARTICLE 3: Place and duration of execution
The preceding services are carried out within a maximum radius of 50 kilometers around Pau for those requiring travel.
They can also be carried out remotely throughout France.
The duration of execution depends on the service chosen and may be determined by mutual agreement between the Service Provider and the Client.
ARTICLE 4: Price
The prices for the various services offered are subject to quotation.
Prices are displayed in Euros (€) excluding taxes (HT), VAT not applicable according to article 293B of the CGI.
ARTICLE 5: Quote and order
Each order is preceded by a free quote valid for 3 months.
Signing the quote with the words "Bon pour accord" (Good for agreement) constitutes an order. This signature also constitutes acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions communicated with the quote. It will therefore be accepted that by signing the quote, the Customer declares having read, understood and accepted the said General Terms and Conditions.
The Service Provider may be required to add hours to the initial quote with the Client's agreement; an amendment to the quote will then be produced.
A service provision contract may be concluded between the Parties.
ARTICLE 6: Payment
1 – Payment terms
For occasional services, a deposit of 50% will be requested from the Client upon signing the quote, before starting the service. The balance will be paid outright upon receipt of the invoice.
For repeated services, a schedule will be offered to the client with monthly invoicing.
The Service Provider reserves the right not to start the services until:
- The quote and/or service contract and the T&Cs are not duly signed
- The deposit has not been paid.
No discount will be granted in the event of early payment of the invoice.
2 – Payment methods
Accepted payment methods are:

The payment currency is the Euro with the exception of any other currency. Any exchange costs will be the responsibility of the client.
3 – Late penalties in the event of non-payment
In the event of late payment on the due date, late payment interest at the annual rate of 15.21% on the unpaid amount will be automatically due.
Furthermore, for any professional customer, in addition to late payment compensation, any sum, including the deposit, not paid on its due date will automatically produce the payment of a fixed compensation of €40 due under the recovery costs (Art. 441-6, I al. 12 and D. 441-5 of the commercial code).
ARTICLE 7: Execution of the service
The Service Provider undertakes to do everything possible to provide satisfaction to the Client, in accordance with the estimate established, by regularly informing him of the progress of his achievements.
The Client, for his part, undertakes to provide all the information and documents necessary for the proper completion of the tasks entrusted to the Service Provider. The Service Provider is bound by an obligation of means and not of results. If the results do not meet the Client's expectations, it may be decided by mutual agreement to extend the services but the Client must in any case pay the balance due and validated upon signing the quote and/or its endorsement.
ARTICLE 8: right of withdrawal
From the date of the order, the private individual has a period of 14 days to withdraw (article L.221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code).
To exercise his right of withdrawal, he can complete the withdrawal form or send a letter indicating his decision to withdraw by means of an unambiguous declaration (by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt to the address appearing at the top of these General Terms and Conditions. Or by email to angelique@vangelservices.com) before the withdrawal period expires.
In the event of withdrawal by the Client, the Service Provider will reimburse the amount of the service deducted from any costs linked to the financial transaction within 14 days.
The reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as that used for the initial transaction by the Client, unless the Parties expressly agree otherwise.
If the CLient wishes the service to begin before the end of the withdrawal period, he must make an express request by any means on paper or on a durable medium. The Service Provider then asks the Client to acknowledge that after it has fully executed the contract, the Client will no longer have the right of withdrawal.
If the Client wishes to exercise his right of withdrawal from a provision of services whose execution has begun, at his express request, before the end of the withdrawal period, he will then pay the Service Provider an amount corresponding to the service provided up to the communication of his decision to retract; this amount is proportionate to the total price of the service agreed on the quote.
ARTICLE 9: Cancellation and refund
Once the 14-day withdrawal period has passed, no cancellation or refund will be possible except in the event of force majeure as defined in article 1218 of the Civil Code.
In this case, the Customer may be reimbursed up to 50%.
ARTICLE 10: Contact and availability
The Service Provider is available from Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Paris time) to answer any questions, requests, messages from the Client.
The means of communication used may be email, telephone, WhatsApp, Messenger or even Google Meets.
ARTICLE 11: Protection of personal data
By placing an order, the Customer undertakes to provide the Service Provider with sincere and true information concerning him, enabling the proper execution of the service. The communication of false information is contrary to these General Terms and Conditions.
By accepting these General Terms and Conditions, the Client authorizes the Service Provider to store, process and use the data it provides for the purposes of carrying out its services, in compliance with applicable French and European personal data protection regulations.
The Agency undertakes to only ask the Client for limited, relevant and essential information for the proper execution of its services. This information collected is strictly confidential and the Service Provider is the sole holder of it.
Ms Angélique Cavanagh is the person responsible for the management of personal data.
The personal data transmitted are deleted within 2 years.
Any information concerning the user is subject to the provisions of Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978. As such, any person has the right to access, modify and delete information concerning them. They can make a request at any time to the following email address: angelique@vangelservices.com
ARTICLE 12: Dispute resolution
1 - Competent courts
These General Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. By ordering services from the Service Provider, the Client accepts without reservation that the competent courts to resolve a possible dispute will be the French courts.
2 - DISPUTE – Consumer mediation
In the event of a dispute between the Client and the company, they will endeavor to resolve it amicably (the Client will send a written complaint to the professional or, where applicable, to the professional's Customer Relations Department: angelique@vangelservices.com).
In the absence of an amicable agreement or in the absence of a response from the professional within a reasonable period of one (1) month, the consumer Customer within the meaning of article L.133-4 of the Consumer Code has the possibility of contact, free of charge, if a disagreement persists, the competent mediator registered on the list of mediators established by the Commission for the Evaluation and Control of Consumer Mediation in application of Article L.615-1 of the Consumer Code, to know :
